Phylisha loves her boyfriend, Jason. However after he is caught cheating he doesn't just stop at infidelity but physically abuses her and leaves her for dead. Her best-friend tried to intervene prior to the physical abuse, but its too late as he finds her left alone at their house. With the best-friend stepping in to be of assistance to her, they eventually find love with one another and it leaves her abusive ex-boyfriend feeling sorry and suicidal.
