Nuri, eight, is an Arab-American boy who refuses to accept that his father was arrested by the FBI, but rather believes that he was abducted by aliens. After failing to convince his older brother and Dahlia, his distraught stepmother, he ventures out alone to rescue his father, risking his own life - and the frantic Dahlia races to find him.
