A young lesbian cat who struggles with prejudice in Moscow finds a copy of the Necronomicon and a cursed flute which she uses to take revenge upon her oppressors- a group of homophobic agents of the Tzar, but when the wife of the Tzar invokes Basement Cat, she doesn't know what is in store in this rollicking romantic comedy.
