It: The Black Chapter

6 kids from the projects leave their hometown to escape a clown that terrorized the hood when they were 12. Terror strikes again when one kid stays behind and sees that pennywise makes his return 27 years later murdering innocent people. All of them come back to the hood because of a promise while young to finally destroy Pennywise for good.
