Juan y Medio is a restaurant at the Panamericana Highway, south of Santiago de Chile. The Restaurant, named after his founder, a man as tall as one and a half, became famous in the whole country in the 1950's for it's great and cheap food. But Juan had five children and when he retired in the early 1970's the family broke apart, because of the fight for the heritage but also for political reasons after Pinochet came to power. The five brothers and sisters couldn't talk about what happened until the director of this movie, the grand grand daughter of "Juan y Medio" came back to Chile to bring them together again after more than 30 years...
