A stranger in a desolate town, Billy walks into a 50's diner to find that it screams bad news. Dominated by a local gang and its leader Buzz, the diner is swarming with hooligans and their scantily clad girlfriends. Immediately causing a disturbance by checking out Buzz's girl, Billy incites a showdown that can only end in a 50s era drag race.
