Fred (Mike Haas) and his garage band, Border Patrol, were on top of the block. Now they are back together after breaking up 3 years ago. But unbeknownst to them, a group of MCs have already taken the title of Money Makin' Music Makers in Da Hood. So now, Fred and his band members become entangled in a turf war with Mat Da Gat (Donald Cassell) and his crew of gangsters.
