A group of thirty-something lesbian friends lose out on opportunities and love as a result of being in the closet. When each woman hits her respective breaking point, they each join together to forge a pact to 'come out' within thirty days in every significant relationship and/or situation in their life. They're ready to face the world but is the world ready?
