Charles "Chick" Balser and Richard "Dick" Balser originally hail from Jamaica, Queens and have much to say about the ever changing city of New York. As they revisit some of their old haunts, they can be seen clearly as young boys, and then young men, enchanted by the serenading music of a different time. With a little help from their equally compelling partners, the brothers tell the story of their lives through anecdotes.
