When it comes to crime Max and his friend Roman are small fish. Nevertheless they are trying to make it big. Max becomes the meal ticket of a woman with child. Roman straddles on fighting the ups and downs of the underbelly of the city. When both start to realize that they are "institutionalised" failures, they must make one final effort to break free from all the elements of their cumbersome existence.
