Erica, a mother of two young children is stuck in an abusive relationship with her alcoholic husband. Deciding enough is enough, Erica leaves. Without family support, returns to the cycle of abusive she is accustomed to. She finds a glimmer of hope in a friend, Tony, who gives her the hope to make it out.
