Hitham is a serious take on the sanity of menstruation, infidelity, caste system, gender identity of GOD, etc. in a direction pattern familiar to those who have seen earlier works of Vishnulal, who with Hitham, made sure that the film resound well with all who went through menstrual pain at least once.
