A Spanish speaking grandmother is staying with her son and his family. After shopping for them, she cleans the apartment and we assume she is the hired cleaning lady. When the male cleaning person arrives, he assumes the same, but since he only speaks English and she only speaks Spanish, miscommunication leads to her believing he's robbing the place. After knocking him out and tying him up, she engages a bi-lingual police dispatcher to help untie this knot of mistaken identity. During this unique and comic three way discussion she learns his true identity and his need to keep this cleaning job. After untying him, she teaches him how to clean and prepares him to be good at a job he'll need to take care of his son.
