This is a dark psychological crime drama involving two disturbed corrupt cops terrorizing a hooker. Shot mostly in black and white on very grainy 16 mm film. The movie plays out as a film-noir stylish experimental film. It is meant to be completely non-linear, underlining cerebral cinema at its darkest hour.
