From the moment Stewart Hanson married Terri, her grandmother Crystal has been a thorn in his side. Now, Crystal Colburn is coming to live with them. Beyond Crystal's obsession with belittling Stewart is her obsession with a disconnected vintage phone. She constantly talks on it, as if reliving conversations with long dead friends.
