Small Bits of Happiness

Manically depressed waitress Margaret (Sweetin) is edging closer to the brink of suicide until her optimistic gay brother Kirk (Bradford) is nearly killed in a homophobic attack. She vows to get her life, and attitude on a better path by repairing the many relationships she's damaged over time, including her estranged relatives, vitriolic ex-boyfriend Ned (Liebl) and former childhood best friend Paula (Minogue.)
