Doragon bôru: Gokû no shôbô-tai
An educational film featuring characters from 'Dragon Ball'. While training in the park, Goku notices two children lighting fireworks without supervision, and he teaches them about fire safety. Then, when the children notice an apartment on fire, they must put Goku's lessons into action.
