The World of Online Dating

We live in a digitally driven and modern day society, but a lot of black people in South Africa still hold rigid and negative views around the practice of online dating. This documentary follows Busisiwe as she tries to navigate online dating for the first time. Her experiences spark some interest that encourage Busisiwe and her team to explore the culture of online dating within South African Black Culture, through interviews with people with various opinions and experiences. The documentary is meant to provide a platform for many to express themselves about this topic, while challenging norms and stereotypes.
