Lovely Coffee is a romantic comedy that satirizes a group of cocky but untalented filmmakers and actors. Caitlin, a struggling actress, lives in a world of Oscar delusions and false praise. Her boyfriend Malek, a successful entrepreneur, has supported her delusions in exchange for a shallow relationship and sexual satisfaction. In "Lovely Coffee" Malek wants more and strives for meaning and love in his relationship with Caitlin.
