Handicapped

A group of wheelchair-bound individuals decide that it is time to get even when an inconsiderate, non-handicapped man uses the handicapped-designated parking area and bathroom stall in a public building. This light-hearted comedy sends a message of respect and awareness for the rights of disabled persons.
