It's Okay Not to Be Okay

We found a need to normalize the phase of not being okay. There is a sense of having to be okay with a global pandemic, an international social movement, a change in our lifestyles, economies, friends, and family, and the constant fear of death around us. There's a pressure that comes when other people post productivity when some of us just need time to process, to heal, and to stand up again. We are here to grab your hand and feel empathy for each other and give you a virtual hug saying "it's okay not to be okay, because you are not the only one, and we are here for each other".
