A sequel to very successful comedy Bulbule; which had released in 2013. This time again featuring 12 brainy people fighting over how to fix a basic flaw in the Indian education system. In the process, They fight, manipulate and leave no stone unturned to put each other down. The raw and realistic treatment throughout, is what makes this movie special.
