Myra, a young woman living alone in the city, is paid a visit one morning by by Detective Irv Tanner. He's there to tell her that Eddie Lawrence has escaped from a prison transport bus. Bad news for Myra. Despite the detective's assurances to the contrary, Myra knows that she is now in a whole lot of danger. Eddie is coming for her. There's unfinished business.
