For over 100 years Victoria Pier has defied all the odds. Two major fires, several changes of owner and now 40 years of neglect. The film follows pier owner Steve Hunt for one year as he takes on the challenge of restoring the pier itself and rejuvenating the businesses thereon to attract much needed custom. However, events take a dramatic turn mid-way through the year.
