Widow's Cure is a larger than life tale of a girl's discovery about her grandmother. Ms Sade, a very proper and rich old woman, gives her 10 year-old granddaughter Anna the unusual birthday gift of an old storytelling woman. Her astonishing past is unveiled to Anna through the wondrous stories of her marriages. Anna discovers Ms Sade's extraordinary attempts to buy the love of her husbands, and how the true passions of each man caused the relationships to end. Anna is then finally able to realize the truth in the relationship she has with her eccentric grandmother.
