FLOPs 3: The Dark Night

When a vigilante comes to town and causes a sharp drop in crime, Detective Brightwell and the gang at the Happy Valley Police Department hatch a plan to run the masked vigilante out of town and save their jobs. Little do they realize that this particular vigilante isn't going down without a fight.
