Li, a ten year-old girl, lives on the top floor of a tower block, but dreams of being a princess. One night, while buying cigarettes for her dragon of a mother, she finds the answer to all her problems - a discarded fishing rod. But as she casts it out of her window and hooks in everything she's ever wanted she discovers that being a princess takes more than magic - it takes imagination.
