Andrea, a theater actress researching for a play about the female face of god, seeks guidance from a friend of her boyfriend. Athena becomes Andrea's teacher, learning and guiding at the same time. As Andrea grows closer to Athena, her research opens herself to the divine energies of the world and she begins a spiritual journey to find her true self. Her relationship is profoundly affected by the pivotal events in her transformation.
