Sarah, a young, orthodox Jewish woman, was supposed to marry Ephraim. He is her 'Shidduch,' her arranged match. What Sarah does not know is that he is also her 'Basherter,' her match assigned by G'd. Sarah rejects Ephraim because of her own insecurities. How can she be loved if she cannot love herself? In 'Bashert,' Sarah wakes up to find out that Ephraim is going to marry someone else.
