The Zargon Jewel, which was created by a duo of scientists, carries enough power to fuel a planet. Unfortunately for the scientists the jewel was stolen by Villainous Villainy. We join Chip Manly, Eugene Wizowski, and Mitch Fabulous; three Intergalactic Space Federation space cadets whom have been sent on a mission to stop the evil Villainous Villainy from achieving total world domination.
