Laurel is being chased by forces she doesn't quite understand. Taking Abner's advice, she seeks out the Priest, but he wants nothing to do with her. However, the further he walks away, the more drawn in he becomes, especially when he discovers that she's being hunted by an old foe. Against his better judgment, the Priest agrees to help Laurel, who is more than she seems to be.
