Plagued by writer's block, Noble hopes to find inspiration by changing the environment in which he is working. While still unable to write in his new setting, he sees Marianne, a troubled young woman, abandoned in this unique location. They connect for a moment, but Marianne has her own problems to deal with. She leaves Noble with a new inspiration, and in the end these two unlikely strangers have a profound impact on each other's lives.
