On a cold day in New York City in 1940, Quincy Taylor, a washed up detective with a dark history, stumbles upon a case that opens the doors back up to his past. Once again Quincy is stuck in this world of gangsters, murder, and old love. Trying to find away to clean up his past and give it justice, he finds him self asking, "will things ever change, or am I what I am?"
