After two years of dating and one previously botched attempt, Jason is ready once again to propose to his girlfriend Rachel. Unfortunately for him, Jason finds superstition in everything, and while he's setting up a romantic dinner and preparing for his proposal, everything seems to go wrong. These minor hitches worry Jason. Perhaps he's not supposed to marry Rachel; maybe these accidents are a sign to call the proposal off. As the clock ticks away and Rachel's return to the house gets closer and closer, Jason must find the confidence to overcome his superstitions and propose to Rachel. After all, he's already let superstition ruin his first proposal. Will he be able to boost his self-esteem in time, or will he let his superstition get the best of him once again?
