In the distant future's near distant future, a half-machine, half-cyborg, called 'the Form' is marketed as the latest and greatest in entertainment. 'The Form' emits its own dreams to spectators - and is reasonably priced at only three installments of 29.95. However, when the inventor demonstrates the device on himself, everything goes terribly, terribly, terribly, terribly very very wrong.
