A specialist team is sent into an abandoned Ex-army Human Engineering lab to eliminate 'Pest', a woman turned sadistic, blood-thirsty creature who was once subjected to an anti-aging pill trial. She is now using the empty rooms and corridors of the abandoned building as a playground for her evil killings. One by one we follow the team of specialists on their quest to eliminate Pest with the superhuman powers.
