Matias is a documentary film that retraces the journey of Matias Juan Garcia Zavaleta, a Mexican migrant trying to cross the border from Mexico into the United States. Like hundreds of migrants each year, Matias didn't make it. The film looks at the dangerous situation currently simmering at the U.S.-Mexico border.
