The Bald Man, a hit man with many identities, kills his latest victim. As he emerges from the home, he witnesses Austin Markel beating on Vicky, Markel's girlfriend. Markel ends up hitting her with a car. At that point the Bald Man jumps into action, helps save the girl and hunts down Markel. He exacts his own brand of sick justice on Markel. In the end we discover that this is a regular occurrence for the Bald Man, he is on a crusade to rid the world of such bad people.
