In 1957, the small town of Bellflower, CA was incorporated. Fifty years later, the residents of this city reflect on the past as they come together when word of a time capsule spreads. Unfortunately, no one remembers where the time capsule was buried. Going off one clue - a photo of the founders burying the capsule - Jeff Hobbs, a city official, attempts to unearth the 1957 time capsule in time for the city's 50th Anniversary.
