Through a carefully devised stakeout involving the building's surveillance camera, John Rose manages to capture categorized evidence of one of his neighbors repeatedly stealing his newspaper. After logging enough footage and learning the neighbor's routine, Rose and Rod Scot hide in the building lobby waiting for the thief to strike.
