In a converted motor home dubbed the lobotomobile, a psychiatrist specializing in performing lobotomies pulls into a suburban neighborhood. In song and dance, he calls to all the residents to come hear about this amazing procedure. The residents in turn sing back to him about what they think. The lobotomist radically transforms the neighborhood before driving off to transform others.
