Janie goes to sleep convinced that rainy weather is nothing but bad news. She dreams of a sunny day outside, only to find that she can't escape the rain, not even in her dreams. But with the help of her beloved teddy bear, Jerome, Janie soon realizes that there's much to celebrate about wet weather.
