This is an animated adaptation of the Oscar Wilde's short story: The Birthday of the Infanta. It takes place during the birthday party of a 16th century Spanish princess. A funny little dwarf is brought to amuse the guests, but he falls in love with the infanta. Can he overcome his lowly position to find happiness in her arms?
