Victor, a homeless army vet, believes the government is trying to cover up what his covert unit did in the Iraq war, as, one by one, his old army buddies are disappearing. Victor grows increasingly paranoid until one day a seemingly innocent pedestrian crosses his path; could they have finally come for him?
