An essay film that examines the aftermath of violence in Bosnia-Herzegovina. It looks at the country's railroad as a metaphor for social disintegration. Incorporating biography, autobiography, history and poetry, the film reflects on memories of railway travel and takes the viewer on a haunting train journey through the country's difficult past, towards its uncertain future.
