November 10, 1993 in St. Petersburg, Florida (Bayfront Arena). Ric Flair pinned Big Van Vader but the referee later reversed the decision to a disqualification victory for Flair as Vader had accidentally knocked down the referee. As a result, Vader retained the championship.
