Sam prepares for a day of school in his motel room. At school, Sam meets up with his girlfriend and is questioned by his teacher regarding the whereabouts of his parents. On the way home, Sam sees a man waiting by his motel door. Knowing that he can't be seen in his school uniform, Sam runs away only to come back that night as a completely different person. Like My Life cultivates questions about how we all perform in everyday life. We all put on disguises, but how far is too far?
