It's Toby's 16th birthday and he wants a moped. In his way though, stands his motor cycle obsessed older brother and his promiscuous, puffy gold jacket clad girlfriend Janna. On top of that is a mysterious love letter purchased with a penny (that seemingly fell from the sky), complicating Toby's moped quest.
