Mark Waters is the best Detective in town. Well, at least in his imagination he is. The reality is that Mark Waters wants more than anything to be the best detective in town. Right now he's just The Detective's assistant and that means putting, shutting up, pulling caution tape and pushing paper. Maybe, just maybe, this latest case will finally provide Mark with an opportunity to break more than just The Detective's concentration... that or lose his job.
