Semi-Detached

Semi-Detached is a sit-com, set in the North England. Lucy Mallard (Ariane Hazeldine) and her hopeless husband Tony (Neal Gavyn), have to deal with Elaine Birdwhistle (Shari Fox) the neighbour from hell. Semi-Detached is a hilarious comedy, jam packed with classic Lancashire banter. Lucy is the bread winner in her marriage, and Tony is a poissonnier (well in his own words), which basically means he sells fish for a living, unfortunately for him he's been laid off from the local supermarket, and now spends his time failing to prepare, and preparing to fail at job interviews. Elaine the hardy, cold and sassy neighbour from hell, takes great pleasure in pouncing on Lucy's somewhat bleak existence.
